Your words, yours.
No asterisks.

A journaling app is one of the most private things on your phone. We treat it that way. Here's exactly what we do — written like humans, not lawyers.

Plain English

Common questions, honest answers.

Who reads my entries?
No human at Dayora. Entries are processed by AI on your behalf, in real time, and only to generate your reflection. Support staff can only access your data with your explicit, per-ticket consent.
Do you train AI on my journal?
No. Your entries are never used to train shared models. We never sell data to third parties who might.
Where is my data stored?
Encrypted on servers in your region (Sydney, Dublin, or Oregon depending on where you sign up). At rest with AES-256, in transit with TLS 1.3.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. One tap in Settings → Delete account wipes every entry, every memory, every email — permanently, within 24 hours. No “deactivate” limbo.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. Never. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to “partners.” We're funded by people who pay for Plus. That's the whole model.
What about voice calls?
Audio is transcribed in real time and then discarded within 24 hours. Only the text transcript is saved, alongside your entry. You can delete it like any other entry.
