Wellness Moments are three simple check-ins throughout your day: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. Each moment gives you flexible activity options that fit your schedule and energy level. Complete all three, and you've built a complete day of wellness without the overwhelm.
Morning Moment (5am - 12pm)
Start your day with intention. Choose from:
- •Physiological Sighs (2 min) - Two quick inhales, then a long exhale to activate your body's calm response
- •Morning Movement (5-10 min) - Gentle stretching or light exercise to wake up your body
- •Fuel Your Body - Hydrate and fuel with protein to boost energy and sustain focus
Afternoon Check-in (12pm - 5pm)
Re-center and re-energize. Choose from:
- •Box Breathing (2 min) - Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4 to refocus your mind
- •Movement Break (5 min) - Quick stretch or walk to re-energize and boost focus
- •Hydration + Protein Check - Stay hydrated and fuel your body with sustained energy
Evening Wind-down (5pm - 5am)
Prepare for rest. Choose from:
- •Extended Exhale (3 min) - Take natural inhales, then make your exhales longer and slower to signal safety to your body
- •Gentle Stretching (5 min) - Light movement to release tension and unwind
- •Bedtime Routine (10-15 min) - Calming steps like dimming lights, stretching, or reading

How Wellness Moments Work
Getting started with Wellness Moments is simple:
See Your Daily Wellness Card
On your home page, you'll see a wellness card showing your progress (e.g., "2 of 3 complete") and your current streak.
Tap a Moment
When it's time for a moment (morning, afternoon, or evening), tap the moment card to open the activity picker.
Choose Your Activities
Select one or more activities that fit your day. You can choose breathing, movement, hydration, or any combination that works for you.
Optional: Rate How It Felt
After completing activities, you can optionally rate how it felt (good, neutral, or great). This helps you notice patterns over time.
Celebrate Completion
When you complete all 3 moments, you'll see a celebration modal with your streak. It's a small moment of recognition for taking care of yourself.
