By accessing or using Dayora ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of service
Dayora provides a digital journaling platform that allows users to:
Create and store personal journal entries
Upload and manage photos and media
Receive AI-generated daily summaries
Access journal history and reflections
3. User accounts
Account creation
- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- •You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- •One person may not maintain more than one account
Account security
- •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- •We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
4. User content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Dayora. By using our Service, you:
- •Grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
- •Agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
- •Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your content and its accuracy
- •Understand that AI-generated summaries are based on your input and may not always be accurate
5. Subscription and payments
Free and paid plans
- •We offer both free and paid subscription plans
- •Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time
- •No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Price changes
We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. AI features and limitations
Dayora uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and insights:
- •AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors
- •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI outputs
- •AI features should not be used as a substitute for professional advice
- •You acknowledge that AI processing involves third-party services
- •By using Dayora, you consent to your journal entries and related data being used for AI model training and improvement purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy
7. Privacy and data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data privacy seriously and implement security measures to protect your information. However:
- •No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure
- •You acknowledge the inherent security risks of providing information online
- •We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Dayora and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DAYORA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
- •Your use or inability to use the Service
- •Unauthorized access to your data
- •Errors or omissions in content or AI-generated summaries
- •Any other matter relating to the Service
12. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dayora operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they become effective. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
