An AI journal with memory you can review
Pick up a thread without starting over. See what Dayora remembers, how Free and Plus differ, and what you can review or forget.
I am still deciding when to tell my sister about the move.

Last time, this was still open: whether to tell your sister about the move. Want to pick it up, or start somewhere else?
This illustrates deeper Reflect memory in Plus. Free Reflect includes recent conversation summaries and recurring entry themes.
Reflect chat and its core memory are free. Deeper conversation memory and voice calls are part of Dayora Plus. Spoken calls currently use English.
Ask your journal is currently in a limited rollout for selected accounts. A Plus subscription by itself does not unlock access.
What does a journal that remembers actually remember?
Saved entries, conversation history, and AI memory are different things. Your entries are the record you wrote. A saved Reflect thread lets you reopen a conversation. Memory is a shorter set of themes and notes that can help a later conversation make sense.
Dayora’s free Reflect experience uses summaries of recent conversations and recurring themes from your entries. It does not replay every old message in every new chat. Plus carries deeper notes about people, decisions, dates, and unfinished threads into new conversations and calls. This gives it context, not perfect recall.
A pattern should lead back to your words.
An observation is more useful when you can check the days behind it. Read the three examples, notice the differences, and decide whether the suggested connection fits.

I finished work and went straight outside. My head felt quieter by the time I got home.
In these examples, getting outside appears beside a little more breathing room. That is a question to explore in your writing, not proof of cause and effect.
A practical example: picking up a decision
Imagine writing about whether to reduce your hours at work. Later, you use Reflect to work through what that might mean. When you return, the useful part is not a generic question about your day. It is having the context of that decision available when you want to discuss it.
On Plus, a fresh conversation may open with one line about something a recent chat left open. You can pick that up or begin somewhere else. This is an illustration of the intended experience, not a promise that every new conversation will mention that decision.
For an exact historical question, use Ask your journal. “What did I say about my hours in May?” needs evidence from entries. Memory helps a conversation flow; retrieval helps you check what you actually wrote.

Review, forget, and keep the boundaries clear
Open What Dayora remembers under Profile to review the people, themes, and open threads it has kept. Each line has a Forget control. Saved people, themes, and thread notes stay removed, but a later summary can identify an open conversation thread again.
Forgetting a memory is separate from editing or deleting the journal entry it came from. Use the entry’s own controls when you want to change the original record. If you set someone aside in Your Circle, Dayora does not bring them into chats or calls.
A memory can miss context or grow out of date. Correct Dayora when something has changed. It is a journaling tool, and the person who gets to decide what a past experience means is you.
Questions and answers
Does Dayora remember across conversations?
Yes. Free Reflect uses recent conversation summaries and themes from entries. Plus adds deeper notes and open threads across new chats and calls.
Can I see what it remembers?
Yes. What Dayora remembers under Profile lists the notes for your account, with a Forget control on each.
Is memory the same as searching every entry?
No. Memory supplies conversational context. Ask your journal searches relevant past entries to answer a historical question. Ask is a separate Plus feature in a limited rollout for selected accounts.
Are my entries excluded from AI training?
No. Entries sent to OpenAI may be used to train and improve its models under Dayora’s data-sharing agreement. Read the privacy policy before deciding what to write.
