Your entry
I said yes to another project. Now I am annoyed with myself, even though nobody pressured me.
Dayora noticed

You noticed your limit after agreeing. The frustration may be pointing to something you wanted to protect.

One small thing

Before your next yes, give yourself permission to say, “Let me check.”

A shortened example of an entry and its reflection. Choose either sample to see the response change. Real reflections depend on what you write.

Unlimited entries, written reflections, voice transcription and mood tracking are free. No credit card or ads.

What stays free

The free core includes new journal entries and their written reflections, voice transcription, mood tracking, Reflect chat, Your Circle, ordinary search and export. You do not need to subscribe to keep writing or read your history.

A reflection answers what you wrote, in a shape that fits the entry, and may end with a question or one small thing to try when that fits. It is AI output, so you can disagree with it.

See how it works

The next conversation can start with context.

A decision does not always fit into one conversation. Plus can carry deeper notes into the next Reflect chat. You can review what Dayora remembers and tell it to forget.

An earlier conversation

I am still deciding when to tell my sister about the move.

Tuesday, three days later

Last time, this was still open: whether to tell your sister about the move. Want to pick it up, or start somewhere else?

This illustrates deeper Reflect memory in Plus. Free Reflect includes recent conversation summaries and recurring entry themes.

Two moments in a fictional conversation. Memory offers context for a new chat; it does not promise perfect recall of every entry.

What the optional subscription adds

Plus adds live voice calls, deeper conversation memory, morning synthesis letters and reports. These have their own allowances. Free voice transcription is different from a live call.

Check the plan page for current prices and limits before choosing. Ask your journal is a limited rollout: a Plus subscription alone does not give access.

A first entry can be one sentence

Start with something concrete: what happened, how it felt, or what you keep thinking about. You can write in your own language. You do not have to choose a template or fill a daily quota.

The example on this page is fictional. Your own reflection depends on what you actually write.

Free has a data trade-off

Dayora sends your entries to the AI providers that power it, which may use them to train their models, and never sells them. This is not an end-to-end encrypted journal.

Who can read entries, what deleting your account removes and everything else is in the privacy policy. Read it before deciding whether this is the right place for private thoughts.
