How this run was made
The 120 entries were loaded into one local fictional account. The unmodified production functions indexed the writing, retrieved up to 14 passages, and generated three fresh answers per question. Expected passages were never inserted into the answer context. Failed attempts were kept, with no best-of selection.
Complete evidence retrieved
Retrieval passes only when each required evidence group has at least one returned entry. A later correction can contain all the evidence a question needs. Missing-fact cases are excluded from this score.
Answers meeting every criterion
An answer passes only when every published criterion passes. Returning no answer fails an answerable question, but can correctly handle an absent fact. This rubric does not score warmth, concision or clinical outcomes.

Earlier test: ten entries and synthetic voice
Version 1 remains available as a separate historical test. All ten entries were returned for every question, so its 18 passing factual checks did not test selective retrieval. Its three voice runs used the same synthetic recording, not different people or accents.
The shipped answer and transcription functions ran locally on the published fixtures. Factual checks: 18 of 18 passed across six questions and three repeats. Voice: zero word errors in each of three runs on the same 57-word synthetic recording, after the published normalization. These are publisher-reviewed results, with Codex assistance, not an independent ranking.
